In February of 2010, the Board of Governors of NorthstarMLS, under the leadership of its President, John Mosey, voted to launch a six month Proof of Concept Trial of DPR. During this trial, NorthstarMLS and its members helped to shape the product. Recently, the NorthstarMLS Board of Governors voted unanimously to continue using DPR at the conclusion of the trial.

In March of 2010, John Murphy, Executive Director of the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies and its Board of Directors accepted a proposal to offer DPR as a free benefit to its members. Under this agreement, DPR markets the home ownership assistance programs of NALHFA members in return for their assistance in keeping the program details up-to-date.
