Kate Wilson

Kate has been active in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She has spent 7 years as a business coach with Building Champions, Inc. where she coached some of the top producing loan originators and managers in the country. She also co-founded Lenders Who Care, a non-profit web-based consumer education site.

Kate is a huge advocate for affordable housing and The Mortgage Banker's Association of America recognized her for her work in this area at the National MBA Convention in 2001. The Kate Wilson Mortgage Team has been recognized by the State of Minnesota for their top leadership in affordable and sustainable home ownership.

Kate devotes a large portion of her time to training and has both written and conducted courses for originators, processors, underwriters, sales managers, and REALTORS®. Her passion is helping individuals and families prepare for and achieve the dream of home ownership.
